Having recently moved to the area, I needed to find a new dentist. I called to make an appointment and was given one fairly quickly. Upon arriving for my appointment, the reception staff were lovely and friendly and calmed me down as I am quite a nervous patient.
Once meeting the dentist, I was put at ease by their caring and calm manner as well as the nurse being very chatty and reassuring. I would 100% recommend this practice if you are a nervous patient. Everything was explained to me clearly and I made my future appointments with no problems. Not as nervous to go back to the dentist now!”
